I started Legacy after more than 20 years of coaching in Glasgow because I was tired of seeing people fall through the cracks in big commercial gyms.

As a former fighter turned coach, I know how important structure, accountability, and the right environment are when it comes to actually getting results.

That’s why Legacy was built different; every member has their own program, weekly accountability, and progress tracked on our InBody scanner, so nothing is left to guesswork.

This place is family-run (I coach alongside my son Lucas), community-driven, and designed so you always feel supported, not lost in the back of a crowded class or ignored in a busy gym.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Not at all. That’s exactly why we’re here. You don’t need to be fit, confident, or know what you’re doing. We coach you based on where you’re at right now — and build you up from there.

What if I’ve tried other gyms and nothing stuck?

That’s what most of our members say when they first join. The difference at Legacy is the structure, accountability, and support. You’re not left to figure it out alone — we guide you every session, check in every week, and track your progress so you can see it’s working.

Is this like a bootcamp or fitness class?

Nope. This is small-group personal training with a maximum of 6 people. Every session is coached, your program is tailored to you, and you’ll never be left lost at the back.

What happens after the 30 days?

If you love it and want to stay on, your price actually drops to our standard membership. If it’s not for you, no stress and no hard feelings.

What if I have an injury or limitation?

That’s why coaching matters. We adapt everything to your body and your starting point so you can train safely and effectively without worrying about holding the group back.

What do I need to bring before I start?

Just gym gear and a water bottle. We’ll handle the rest, including your program, your InBody baseline scan, and walking you through step by step.

Will I feel out of place if I haven’t trained in ages?
